At the Mars Clinic, your physiotherapist will provide you and your child with a thorough assessment and an individualised treatment plan can help you and your child to feel confident in working towards being happy and healthy without barriers or limitations.

If your child is a Third Party, or NDIS (not self managed) patient, where someone else is funding your physiotherapy, please contact our rooms to book your appointment. How to Book Your Appointment

Step 1: Choose your Location

First, choose your location from the options below.

Step 2: Select your Physiotherapist

You'll be taken to our booking system, where you will be able to select a physiotherapist from your chosen location.

Step Three: Choose your appointment type

If you are a new patient, or if you are a returning patient with a new problem, please select an Initial Consultation.

If you are a returning patient, continuing your treatment for an existing problem, please select Subsequent Consultation.

All Initial Consultations are Telehealth / Online video consultations.

Step Four: Select your appointment time and day

You will be able to choose a convenient appointment from the available times and days.

If you are booking an Initial Consultation, due to high demand for appointments, it is recommended you book a Subsequent Consultation 2 weeks after your initial appointment.

Step Five: Payment to confirm your booking

Please complete your payment to confirm your booking.

If you would like to claim a private health insurance rebate, you will be able to process this with your insurer once the appointment is
completed.

Note: If your child is a Third Party, DVA or NDIS Plan Managed client, where someone else is funding your physiotherapy, please contact our rooms to book your appointment. This ensures you are not billed as a private fee paying patient. Call us on (07) 3163 1188 and we'll organise your appointment and any required paperwork.
